Where are my scans stored?
Everything stays on your device. PixoScan has no account and no cloud sync, so your documents are never uploaded anywhere.

Does text recognition work offline?
Yes. OCR runs entirely on your phone, so it works in flight mode and nothing is sent to a server.
How accurate are the Word, Excel and TXT exports?
They are rebuilt from the text PixoScan reads on the page. Words and lines are preserved, but the original layout can only be approximated.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by the App Store or Google Play. Open your store account settings, find PixoScan and cancel there.
I already paid — how do I get my access back?
Open Settings and tap Restore Purchases with the same store account you bought with.
What happens to my scans if my subscription ends?
They stay on your device and you can still open them. Creating, editing and exporting need an active subscription.
